The album includes three fresh recordings of songs written by Nick Lowe (What’s Shakin’ On The Hill, Rainin’, and Battlefield), plus songs originally recorded by Marvin Gaye (What’s Goin’ On, Ain’t That Peculiar), The Beatles (Girl), Crowded House (Don’t Dream Its Over), Kris Kristofferson (Help Me Make It Through The Night), and a new duet with Sheffield lass Lindsay Dracass on The Eagles hit Love Will Keep Us Alive which Paul co-wrote with Jim Capaldi and Pete Vale.

There is a 2007 remix of No Easy Way Out which appeared originally as a song on Paul’s Blue Views album.

Paul Carrack takes to the road for a long thirty date tour which runs through until February 2008 (incl. 19 Night Of the Proms dates in Germany)giving big and sustained exposure to Paul’s legion of fans who will no doubt be eager to add this album to their CD collections.
